Her first blog, Pens and Pages, was featured in India's Top Blogs directory in 2013, 2014, and 2015.
Immune to Naysayers
A Women's Day feature on bold, grounded Indian women. Sanhita, credited as the bestselling author of "The Art of Letting Go" in Amazon's poetry category (2020), recalls a male acquaintance once suggesting she'd have an easier life if she focused on looks and married into money instead of building a career, and mentions being repeatedly asked when she'd write a chick-lit novel. She closes with a wish for a more gender-inclusive, accepting society — one where a special day to mark women's progress eventually becomes unnecessary.
Highlighting the Power of Poetry
A feature on how reciting poetry can be a powerful healing tool, both when it's felt and understood, and when it's heard. Sanhita talks about using her own experience of healing in her poems, and how her book "The Art of Healing" wasn't intentionally written cover-to-cover, but grew out of poems written on and off across the healing process.
2025's Visionaries: The Top 10 Women Leaders To Look Out For
Named #6 on this list. The feature quotes her describing a trauma-informed approach to coaching — helping clients work through past hurts toward mindset shifts that support financial growth, career progress, and stronger relationships. Speaking for International Women's Day, she talks about helping the women she works with embrace their own uniqueness rather than measuring themselves against others, and about wanting every woman to feel free to pursue her goals while fully loving herself and her womanhood.
Eight Must-Read Books by Female Authors This Women's Week
"The Art of Healing: Notes for Life" was named #4 on this list — described as a simplified self-help collection of poems and notes structured around three phases, Awareness, Acceptance, and Allowance, closing out the "Art of" trilogy alongside "The Art of Grieving" and "The Art of Letting Go."
The 10 Must-Read Books for Winter 2021
"The Art of Healing" was named #8 on this list — the third and final book in her "Art of" trilogy, following "The Art of Grieving" and "The Art of Letting Go," both Amazon bestsellers. The feature describes it as a simplified self-help collection of poems and notes structured around three phases, read in order — Awareness, Acceptance, and Allowance — built around the idea that healing takes real effort, patience, trust, and time, and that the work of letting go of what didn't serve you eventually makes room for what does.

What IEEFF?
Inner Energy-work for Emotional and Financial Freedom.
What IEEFF? is for ambitious people who want more from their careers, finances, relationships and lives — but recognize that the biggest thing standing between them and that life may be their own unresolved patterns.
Work with meInner stability → better choices → greater capacity → external results
Sanhita's background isn't solely in spiritual or healing work — her public profile includes an MBA from MDI Gurgaon and five years at Coca-Cola across sales, new products, and organisation strategy. She describes her larger vision as helping people pursue ambition and financial security without sacrificing inner peace, self-worth, or emotional wellbeing.
What it is
A 1:1 coaching program working through inner energy patterns that shape both emotional wellbeing and financial outcomes.
Who it's for
People ready to work through blocks that show up in both their inner life and their livelihood. This program is for you if you are willing to examine yourself and actually change how you think, feel, choose, and act.
Format
The work is built around your particular goals and recurring patterns — not a fixed curriculum everyone follows. Sanhita describes combining coaching and mentorship with counselling and healing.
Outcome
You become more internally free and capable of pursuing the life you actually want.
The intended outcomes
- Clarity about what you actually want
- Recognition of self-sabotaging patterns
- Greater emotional regulation and self-awareness
- Working through old emotional wounds and blockages
- Changing limiting beliefs and habitual responses
- More confidence in making choices
- Greater ownership of your career and financial goals
- Healthier relationship patterns and boundaries
- Moving from "Why isn't this happening to me?" to "What can I do about it?" — a theme Sanhita explicitly writes about in her IEEFF work
- Ultimately, more freedom of choice, emotional stability, and agency
Sanhita's stated vision is that clients eventually "open their eyes" to what is possible and go out and make it happen, rather than remaining dependent on the coach.
It's probably not for someone who...
- wants a quick manifestation formula
- wants someone else to "fix" their life
- isn't willing to examine their own contribution to recurring problems
- wants purely tactical business consulting
- wants conventional psychotherapy for a diagnosed mental-health condition
- wants another pile of courses and homework without deeper personal work
The program's own philosophy emphasizes that the process isn't necessarily easy — the goal is a fulfilling journey through inner work rather than a magic formula.

What clients say
Words from people Sanhita has coached, mentored, or worked with directly.
"I have known Sanhita for quite long now. I am grateful to have connected for a mindset coaching session, which was the first ever session. That moment changed everything! I feel that some souls are destined to meet to change the course of our life :)"
"I immediately felt a huge burden lifted off of me. The experience for me was similar to when you feel calm after meditation, only this lasted longer. I got back my optimism and the ability to accept things as they are. That feels empowering."
"I have had a few sessions with Sanhita and each of those have been enlightening. She has helped me to look at things in a different way. The way she puts things across, the accuracy of her readings and the clarity that she gives for the future make me go back to her time and again. I am beyond grateful for the guidance she has provided to me."
"I took a session with much scepticism in mind... but was wonderfully surprised by the experience. It was intensely relaxing. All the stressful thoughts that constantly went on in the back of my mind were gone. 100% recommended for anyone and everyone who needs to de-stress and relax. Trust me, it works."
"Sanhita listens to you patiently and is very professional. She is apt in her predictions, precise and yet very detailed in explaining what things to be focused on and how to deal with the ongoing situation. She understands you and explains you in the manner best suited for you. She shares her angel energies and tells you what messages angels have for you. I really feel that the session I took would help me a lot in future. Sometimes the thoughts we have in our minds need right direction, and a session with Sanhita really helped a lot."
"Back in 2023, I took an Access Bars Class with Sanhita, something I never expected I would do. I had initially inquired about the class for my aunt, but when I spoke with Sanhita over the phone — while she was visiting Assam — she gently asked me, 'Would you like to join too?' I was a little hesitant, yet I said yes. That one decision became truly life-changing. There were just three of us in the class — my aunt, another participant, and me. The space Sanhita created felt safe, nurturing, and wholesome. Despite recently going through a big accident that had affected her health, she dedicated the entire day to us with such grace and commitment — that alone spoke volumes about her passion for her work. The class was magical. The depth with which Sanhita taught both the theory and practical aspects of Access Bars was something I had never experienced before — in earlier learnings, the teaching often felt shallow, but with her, everything carried clarity, presence, and depth, which I deeply value as a learner. The shifts I experienced from just one class were profound. My perspectives around relationships, money, and even life itself began to transform. It opened me up to a whole new world of possibilities. That day will always remain close to my heart, not just for the tools I learned but for the transformation I walked away with."
"It was a pleasure learning Angel Therapy with Sanhita. I found such ease in her way of teaching. I have started incorporating it with my clients, and whoever has undergone it has been amazed how, in one or two sessions, it can reduce so much pain and stress and bring so much clarity. It has also helped improve my intuitive sense, and adds a sense of a higher force having your back. I recommend learning it with Sanhita! Cheers."
"I had a Tarot session with Sanhita. I wasn't sure about what to expect. However, she made me very comfortable and hand-held me through the whole process. She not only answered all my questions but guided me to things that I was aware of but did not change in me. She is kind, humble and empathetic. Her readings are very accurate and her guidance can change your life. I am very grateful that she read for me. I completely vouch by her services and recommend it."
"Thanks so much Sanhita for clearing all my doubts with so much patience. You were able to pick on things even before I told you, and I was super in awe of that. You gave me some precious points that will help me with the outcomes you've given me, and I hope to follow them. Thanks for the good reading!"
"A Tarot session with Sanhita helped me calm my mind, clear confusion while helping me decide on my next course of action. Even though the readings were not face-to-face, I was amazed at the energy and connection that I felt during the reading. I have always got the answers and her predictions have been so on point! Thank you, Sanhita."
"Your Tarot sessions have helped me achieve clarity when I was attempting to make sense of several deeply affecting life situations concerning career and relationships. I've always left each session with a simplified action plan for the next few months. I comfortably consider these as a talk session where I'm heard and advised on every nuanced topic. I've found your sessions as a very helpful tool in gathering insights in maintaining a good healthy life which is emotionally, physically and mentally balanced."
Book Reviews
Reviews of Sanhita's books, added as she shares them.
"Many of these poems are painful to read but they still made me smile with recognition. It's a comforting thing to see yourself reflected on the page. It does that thing which good poetry does best — reflects your own unique experience whilst speaking universal truths. It's a book that embraces all emotions, and the joy of expressing them in the act of writing. Throughout the book, what shines brightest is a genuine, generous and inspirational faith in the act of reading and writing, how it carries us through the hardest times, how close it is to love."
Clare Shaw (they/them) is a British poet with four collections published by Bloodaxe Books, a Northern Writers' Award winner, and a Poetry Society Book of the Year for "Towards a General Theory of Love."
"Sanhita's genius is that she uses her poetry not just to inject hope but also to bring a freshness to a deeply familiar healing process." Save's fuller review notes that most people either wallow in pain or deny it exists — and that "The Art of Healing" offers a fresh, effective framework for working through it, using a three-part approach of Awareness, Acceptance, and Allowance to guide readers through recognizing and managing pain. He calls it rare for a writer so young to have this command of both thought and language, and points to her closing line — "life returns what it takes in more ways than one" — as capturing her core quality: an unshakeable lean toward hope.
Titled "A Psychiatrist Inside the Mind," this review argues that in an age of shrinking attention spans, poetry succeeds where dense self-help prose fails — and that Sanhita's slim, 84-page collection is a case in point. Passey walks through the book's three-part structure (Awareness, Acceptance, Allowance), praising how it never insists on one "right" way to heal, instead giving readers room to find their own meaning in each poem. He closes by comparing a poet to a psychiatrist inside the mind — someone whose lines open conversations that go on long after the page is closed.
Writing on Banani Vista, Roshni Bhattacharya describes "The Art of Letting Go" (Notion Press) as 92 pages that readers keep returning to, the way certain poems pull you back to wherever you got lost in them the first time. She calls the collection a book for seekers — poetry on love, moving on, and making peace with life — and singles out Sanhita's emotional honesty as both deeply relatable and distinct. She also praises the book's production values, from the cover design down to the paper quality and typeface.
In a follow-up post, she adds that the varying line spacing and alignment across the poems feels intentional — a visual echo of the different emotional states Sanhita must have moved through while writing them. She singles out several poems by name: "Instead," on how sorrow can settle into the body; "A Night's Conversation," on being with someone who accepts your past but doesn't quite feel part of your present or future; "Falling," on holding onto hope even when it feels like the world has turned away; "Sunrise," which touches on mental health and the choice to keep going; and "Grow" — her favorite — about not letting others define the pace of your own growth. She closes by calling the collection an easy recommendation, for yourself or as a gift, and says she's looking forward to more of Sanhita's work.
The post also recaps Sanhita's background: raised in Assam, writing since age ten, the blog "Pens and Pages" since 2011, an MBA from MDI Gurgaon, and balancing a corporate career with her writing.
Sameer Gudhate's review frames "The Art of Letting Go" as a book for solitude rather than escape — something closer to quiet company on a hard night than a distraction from it. Having read Sanhita's earlier "The Art of Grieving," he approaches this collection as its natural next chapter, and finds it lands even closer to home than he expected.
He walks through its three-part structure — Hope, Closure, and Love — reading it as an emotional arc rather than a fixed narrative, moving like tides between short, sharp verses and longer, conversational ones. He praises the simplicity of the language and points to specific images, like a shipwreck standing in for fragile hope, as places where the poems land hardest despite their plainness. Two poems get called out directly: "Burning Bridges," which he found quietly furious, and "Together," which left him smiling at how love can be both fragile and lasting.
He compares the collection's emotional directness to Neruda and Rupi Kaur, and closes by naming its central strength as balance — pain without wallowing, hope without sugarcoating — while noting a few poems lean on repetition that could have used more editorial polish. His overall verdict: 4 out of 5, calling it "deeply human" rather than flawless.
Snehal Singh calls "The Art of Healing" pathbreaking in how it guides readers through pain using its three-part structure of Awareness, Acceptance, and Allowance, helping them recognize, accept, and ultimately move past what hurts. The review highlights Sanhita's message that healing takes patience, effort, trust, and time, paired with reassurance that hope endures even in difficult stretches, and praises her writing as simple yet meaningful, gentle with firm nudges to keep progressing. It closes with a strong recommendation for anyone pursuing self-awareness, self-love, and personal growth.
